1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from Prestige Jewels within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • The product must not be a final sale item (e.g., clearance or custom-made items).

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at prestigejewels@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, a description of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send back any products without a RAN.
  3. Packaging: Safely package the product in its original packaging along with the original invoice or proof of purchase. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is safely delivered. Prestige Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

3. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving and approving your return. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the product is returned damaged or missing parts that were not due to our error).

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional, or custom-made products)
  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • Products that have been altered or customized at your request

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
